Rental Application

If you are interested in renting any of our properties, please click on the link below and fill out the rental application. There is a $50 application fee which may be paid any of three ways.

1. You can pay the application fee online via Venmo. The Florida Management Associates Venmo user name is: fma-rent
2. You can mail a check to: Florida Management Associates, P.O. Box 2260,
   Tallahassee, FL  32316.
3. You may drop payment off at the Florida Management Associates office at 310 Broward Street, Tallahassee, FL  32301.

Your application must also include a copy of your photo ID (usually a driver’s license) and two proofs of employment (such as copies of two pay stubs or pay checks). The application provides for scanned images of these items to be dragged and dropped to appropriate boxes on the application form, or you may print and mail copies of these items to us (at the address above) or bring them to our office.

The application process generally only takes 1-2 business days. It’s important to be sure that the application is filled out as completely and accurately as possible to avoid delays.
